The Stylus, an 8-channel PCM or FM computer radio, was designed for the advanced level pilot. PCM is the new 1024 high resolution. Pick it up and you will start to feel good about the Stylus. The transmitter case has a completely new, ergonomic design, with a strong high-quality appearance. The good feeling gets better when you activate the Stylus programming. The program sets new standards for ease of use and flexibility. Standard features include EPA, Servo Centering, Servo Reversing, Dual Rates, Trim Memory, Compensation Mixing, Switch Assignability, Stopwatch/Timer, Model Naming, Direct Servo Control, Mode Select, All type FM compatibility, and more than 50 other features including specific mixing and advanced functions for all three types of models (sailplanes, airplanes, and helicopters). The basic radio will do pretty much everything the Vision did and the Vision (in our humble opinion) was the best sailplane radio available. Now add the upgrade card and memory card, and watch out! First let's talk about the memory card. The Memory Card will save settings for up to 50 models on a card that is smaller than a credit card. Best of all, you can use this card to exchange setups with your friends and store any of their setups you might want to use.
The Sailplane Card is even more amazing! This card turns the Stylus into a purpose built sailplane radio (there is a specific card for motor heads and one for rotor heads). This card essentially replaces the normal programming in the Stylus. The Sailplane Card gives the Stylus an amazing array of capabilities really too numerous to mention. If you order the Memory Card from us, we will include 45 setups, ranging from HLG, to slope, to open class sailplane. These setups are free to our customers and will be a great help as a template for setting up your own sailplanes.
