The Easy Glider is a pure sailplane, capable of being aero towed or
hand towed with the supplied towline, or hand launched on a slope. It?s lightweight,
and the clean lines guarantee long and stable flights.
Assembly is fast with CA glues, and the sturdy Elapor foam construction resists damage
from the occasional ?hard? landing.The Easy Glider uses elevator, rudder and
ailerons for ?full house? control and the two piece wing allows easy
transporting to and from flying sites.
We at NSP think the Easy Glider is a great first aileron ship particularly for either
thermal or slope. The foam construction makes assembly easy and fast and the the
Easy glider will take quite a bit of abuse! The curved turned up tips are aesthetically
pleasing but add stability and improve performance. The Easy Glider handles much like a
high performance ship!
The controls are ailerons, elevator and rudder with 2 servos for the ailerons and one
each for the elevator and rudder. The servo bays are molded into the foam in the wings and
fuse so installation is a snap. Also, the ailerons, elevator and rudder utilize built in
foam hinges making the setup of the Easy Glider...Well...Easy! The
We suggest using the MX50-HP, or the HS-56B servos for their small size and high
torque. The Electron 6 receiver from Hitec is a very good choice for the receiver. For
best performance we suggest using the Optic 6 transmitter. This will give you the ability
to use spoilerons for landing control. The wings are two piece and removable for
transport. The easy Glider comes with tow hook and includes a tow launch system in the
kit. A set of decals are provided for decorating and trimming out the Easy Glider. An
illustrated, detailed construction and flying manual is included.
